Let's just jump right in...
JANUARY
1. I Can Feel You (The Exorcist) Festivid for sol_se42

MEME QUESTIONS
My favorite video this year (of my own):
"Howl", without a doubt! My fav show + fav character <3. Literally this is the Ben Mason vid of my dreams.
My least favorite video this year:
I guess it would be "Red Love", an old vid idea that I finally decided to work on and finish. I was actually really excited to make this vid for years, but then when I actually got to it.. I didn't feel quite the same about it. I am happy with the effects work though!
Most successful video:
"I'm a Lady" due to the audience reaction at vividcon. Also the fact that the actresses on the show all watched it, liked it and commented back on how much they loved it. Crazy!
Video most underappreciated by the universe, in my opinion:
Um..... possibly the "Goin In" Exo vid? I don't know....
Most fun video:
"I'm a Lady" was a blast! What was awesome was the fact that I made this vid literally the second I finished binge watching the entire show from the first season to the last, which made the whole process even more exciting. Also this video just has pretty much almost everything that I love all smashed into one.
Video with single sexiest moment:
"Instruction" has a lot :)...girls on girls on girls
Biggest vid fail:
Well there's quite a few of technical issues with "I Can Feel You"; my computer hated the clips I was using I guess. Some clips would turn out blurry/distorted after rendering. I think somehow it works though, especially where it does it in the beginning of the vid where you first see the possessed girl.
Hardest video to make:
"Red Love" was the hardest because of the effects work. Masking the red shockwave around/behind the girls was a pain in the ass and very time consuming.
The things I've learned this year:
- I learned that I'm quite decent at making vids in the horror genre.
- I need to edit my vids with more rock/alternative songs!
For 2019:
1. Didn't sign up for festivids, but I may or may not work on a treat vid.. obviously can't talk about what's it for, but I'm sure someone will figure it out based on my past vids/style.
2. Expect to see a Halloween vid from me! I definitely missed out on releasing it in October due to stressful life crap getting in the way, but it will come! When I say Halloween, I am talking about the Michael Myers ones. Fun Fact, I've never seen a single Halloween movie till 2018. What I'm doing with the vid is taking what stuck out to me from the films and creating an entirely extra story tied to it. I'm so excited for it to come to life!
3. Eventually more Falling Skies vids. I'm actually surprised someone the other day asked me if I was making more of them. The answer is YES! So far i've got two vid ideas: one for Lexi Mason and the other is an Ensemble vid. I'd also would love to make a Maggie vid, but need a song! As for the Lexi Mason vid, it was actually meant to be paired up with the Ben Mason "Howl" vid for Vividcon, but at the last minute I decided to work on a completely different vid for VVC. I purposely excluded a small chunk of Ben Masons storyline so it continues on in the Lexi vid.
4. I've decided to make a Michael Langdon vid for AHS: Apocalypse but with an extra special guest (aka a crossover; and no it's not with Sabrina like everyone is doing).
5. Eventually I want to make a Riverdale vid, but only on the female cast. I have a fun song in mind, but I am thinking about adding effects, so that one will take some time to work on.
